The Ground Floor
The patio style front doors open into a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with a tiled floor. The lounge area is through an archway and has two soft, comfy leather settees plus a wide, flatscreen television. The British Freesat TV and radio receives all the usual free to air channels including BBC, ITV and Channel 4 etc. There is also French TV available on request (TNT channels)

The built in kitchen is well equipped with plenty of work surfaces. There's a fridge, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. In addition, there's also another large fridge/ freezer in the utility area at the back of the house so you won't be short of space
Moving into the hall and past the stairs is the downstairs bedroom which has large windows encouraging the sun stream in. The room has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, shelving and a full length mirror. Additionally there is a chest of drawers
Also on the ground floor is one of the two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a full bath, shower and sink and there's a separate toilet as well. All the accommodation on the ground floor is on one flat level apart from one front-door step so it's ideal if you don't fancy climbing any stairs ! Below are some photos of the bathroom which you access directly from the downstairs hall. You can just see it in back of the middle shot
The First Floor
The first floor has three airy bedrooms and a large shower room/ toilet. Two of the bedrooms are twin single bedded rooms with chests of drawers, wardrobes etc. The other bedroom has a double bed and built in over-bed unit with cupboards and drawers
The upstairs shower room has a WC, wash basin and large walk in shower. Below is a short video of the house showing some pictures and a walkthrough tour. Please press on the large arrow to play- don't forget to turn your speakers on
The Gardens
The front and back gardens are both walled and gated. The barn in front of the house on the other side of the track opposite is empty, as in fact, is the nearest neighbouring property. The front garden -please see below pictures- is gravelled and complete with BBQ and garden furniture The front of the house is an amazing sun trap whatever the weather as it faces south and seems to beckon the sun into the house
There is also a enclosed, grassed back garden -see lower picture below- great for enjoying the views across the rolling Brittany countryside. There are no occupied houses behind or next to the garden or the gite itself, just the empty barns you see in the shot below. From the front door you can almost see where the village of Reminiac begins a few hundred yards away. You certainly won't be troubled by many passing cars
Below are pictures of the village restaurant at Reminiac -The Old Ivy -two hundred yards from Crème
